Luke Thomas is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Investor & Partner at Sessions since January 2022, and as a Partner at Fast Fine Restaurant Group since January 2020, Luke has also founded Luke Thomas Limited in March 2011, focusing on creative culinary development and brand strategy. Co-founding The Coffee Collaborative in January 2018, Luke has contributed to significant sales increases across numerous UK venues. Additionally, as Co-Owner of Café Habana and Blacks Club, and as the Founder of Retro Feasts, Luke has played a vital role in shaping diverse dining experiences. Education includes GCSEs from Connah's Quay High School and an NVQ Level 2 in Catering from Yale College.
