Thomas Grizel is currently the Directeur du laboratoire de recherche at Sesterce, a position held since 2025. Previously, from 2018 to 2025, they served as a consultant manager at Arsene Innovation, focusing on management of Research Tax Credit missions and leading a team of developers. From 2012 to 2017, Thomas was an R&D Advisor at Arsene Taxand, significantly boosting the firm’s research activities. Earlier, they co-founded Aeroart, where they played a dual role in technical and business development from 2005 to 2010, and worked as a conseiller entreprise at the Centre Francilien de l'Innovation from 2010 to 2012. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from SKEMA Business School and a Master's in Management and Computer Science from EPITA.
