Set-Piece
Turning expertise into enterprise value.
AI powered products & systems for agencies, consultancies & advisory firms.

Why we exist
Your expertise is underpowered.
The talent is there. So is the IP. It's running at a fraction of its potential.
Senior time disappears into work that should already be structured. Methodology that should be product remains effort. Every engagement sharpens your judgement, but most of that learning isn't structured or reused.
The work improves. The business doesn't.
In a market where AI lowers the barrier to entry, institutional intelligence is the moat.

What we do
Set-Piece turns your expertise into AI-powered products and systems that increase enterprise value for agencies, consultancies, and advisory firms.
We productise expertise into tools you can sell, license, and defend. We build operational AI systems connected to your data, your workflows, your way of working. We turn cross-engagement intelligence into strategic data assets that power pitches, thought leadership, and premium pricing.
Think: automated reporting systems, methodology engines, intelligence platforms, creative GenAI tools, built on your IP, not generic wrappers.

The return: higher margins, recovered team time, defensible positioning, and productised IP that increases your exit multiple.
