Caleb Hoskins

Caleb Hoskins, M.S., is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Setco since 2021. They hold a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and have a background in the aerospace and transportation industries. Previously, they were an HR Manager at M&S Machining, Inc. and Advertising Vehicles, where they oversaw recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives. Earlier in their career, Caleb also worked in various roles, including an HR/Office Administrator at Salyer Trucking and an Assembly Line Technician at Kelly Services. Additionally, Caleb has contributed to educational projects as a trainer and consultant.
