Jim Broz

Jim Broz is the current president at Setco. Prior to this, they were the director machine tool group at Liberty Diversified International from January 2011 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for starting up a capital equipment manufacturing facility in China, including due diligence, site selection, budgeting, sales forecasting, and building the team to support the operation. Additionally, they were responsible for the operation and cultural integration between the US, Taiwan, and China business units within the LDI machine tool group.

From January 2001 to December 2011, Jim Broz was the director of strategic sourcing and engineering at Milltronics CNC Machines. In this role, they had direct oversight for the integration of the supply chain and engineering teams focused on providing superior solutions that delivered customer and shareholder value. Jim was focused on taking the complex and making it simple to buy, assemble, and use.
