Pradeep Waghela

Pradeep Waghela is the current CTO at Setco. Pradeep previously worked at Skf Bearing India Limited from November 1979 to July 1998, where they held the title of Master Technician. During their time at Skf Bearing India Limited, Pradeep had the opportunity to work on belt-driven, integrated, hydrostatic, and high RPM spindles. Pradeep also had the opportunity to develop precision bearings internal design and develop sealing for better sealability of grinding spindles.

Pradeep Waghela has a NCTVT in Millwright Maintenance Mechanic from Ruston & Hornsby India Ltd. Pradeep also has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Government Polytechnic Pune. Their Secondary School Certificate is from KOC English Medium School Kuwait, Sampson English High School, and Ornellas High School.
