Jose Blanes

Jose Blanes is the Director Vice President of SETEC HIDROBRASILEIRA and has been a professional in the Civil Engineering field since 1986. They began their career as an analyst at the São Paulo Metro from 1986 to 1990, followed by a tenure at EMURB coordinating projects from 1990 to 1993. Jose spent nearly two decades at MWH BRASIL, eventually serving as Director President and overseeing major projects across Brazil and Latin America. Since 2012, they have been with SETEC HIDROBRASILEIRA, continuing to expand their expertise in transportation and large-scale project management. Jose holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration from Universidade do Vale do Acaraú.
