Lionel BERTRAND

Lionel Bertrand is a seasoned project director with extensive experience in urban planning and development. They held several engineering roles at SETEC from 2003 to 2004, culminating as Deputy Director of the Urban Planning Department. From 2012 to 2019, Lionel contributed as a course instructor at École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris. Currently, they serve as an administrator at Marne Au Bois SPL, a part-time educator at École Nationale des Ponts ParisTech, and a municipal advisor in Fontenay-sous-Bois while continuing to educate at Le Mans Université. Lionel's educational background includes a Master's in Geography from Le Mans Université and a DESS in Transport-Territory-Environment from CY Cergy Paris Université.
