Mike Kow

Mike Kow is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in directing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Setel since February 2023, Mike leads initiatives in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Quality Assurance, and IT Operations. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Carsome, where Mike oversaw a diverse range of platforms and facilitated product roadmap development, and Director of Engineering at Photobook Worldwide, emphasizing software architecture and team development. Mike began a successful career at Monster, where roles progressed from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineering Manager, contributing significantly to software development and process automation. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Computing from the University of Staffordshire.
