Steve Yong

Steve Yong is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in enhancing user experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as a Product Designer at Setel since December 2022, Steve previously worked at HappyFresh, where the focus was on improving the pre-checkout grocery shopping experience using analytical insights. Prior roles include Product Designer at Flow Digital, where project management collaborations informed user flow designs, and UX Designer at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation, where Steve transformed an offline application into an integrated online platform. Experience also includes interaction design for SMEs and banks at Creative Unicorn Sdn Bhd and initial UI/UX design work at Digi-X. Steve's early career at Microsoft involved student engagement and event management in various roles, culminating in a leadership position in the student council during studies in Computer Science at INTI International University.
