Suzy Blade

Suzy Blade is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Setfords since August 2021, where previous roles include Head of HR and HR Manager. Prior experience includes working as an HR Assistant - L&D & Resourcing at Stevens & Bolton LLP and a decade of self-employment in various roles related to children’s fitness, self-defense, and training. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Office Manager at AIR WORKS UK LIMITED and Learning & Development Coordinator at multiple organizations, including Maternity Unlimited and Zest Learning Ltd. Suzy Blade holds a BA(hons) in Drama from the University of Liverpool, a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development from ICS Learn, and is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in CIPD Level 7 Strategic People Management.
