Myshka Nieves

Myshka Nieves currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Admin at Forth® since April 2023, where responsibilities include executing and measuring marketing efforts and overseeing social media projects related to branding and reputation management. Previously, Myshka worked as a Digital Engagement Specialist at SYKES from October 2019 to February 2022, managing customer interactions across various platforms for Intuit and QuickBooks. Prior experience at Forth™ from February 2022 to April 2023 involved providing first-level customer support through various communication channels, leveraging product knowledge to deliver solutions. Myshka holds technical degrees in Cosmetology and Medical/Clinical Assistance, both with a 4.0 GPA, and completed high school with a 3.35 GPA at Pine Ridge High School.
