Sethmode is dedicated to impacting the sport of soccer through curriculum, community and concept. We celebrate ALL differences that define each of us as individuals and offer people new avenues for growth/expression. It is our mission to create a culture that opens minds, breaks down stereotypes, eliminates egos, embraces diversity, spreads positivity and promotes love.

Seth Modersohn is well aware what playing soccer has done for him. He’s gained confidence, a respect for hard work, discipline, a support system for hard times such as the death of his mother, and a never-ending source of pure fun. He’s been playing since he was a young boy in Des Moines, Iowa, later captaining his high school team to an undefeated four-year record. He was also a team captain and MVP for his Drake University team and went on to play professionally in soccer’s Premier Development League. Now he’s making everything he’s gained from the game available to kids—as young as 3 years old—through coaching and as a mentor. “When you have the ball at your feet,” Seth says, “you’re in charge. Nothing else matters—you are fully in the moment. Instinct kicks in, imagination flows.”
