Matt Cummings

Matt Cummings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, leadership coaching, and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at SetPath since January 2025, Cummings previously worked as an Executive Leadership Coach at Building Champions, where collaboration with executives and senior leaders focused on enhancing leadership capabilities and organizational success. With a long tenure at Huron, Cummings held various roles, culminating in Director of Software Engineering in Corporate IT, responsible for enterprise application strategy and compliance with ISO 27001. Earlier experience includes positions at George Fox University and service in the United States Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic, where leadership and technical skills were developed. Cummings holds a BS in Computer Science with a Business Minor from George Fox University.
