Lance Moore

Lance Moore is an experienced account manager with a robust background in sales and client management, currently serving in this role at Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this position, Lance held similar roles at John Crane from November 2020 to November 2025 and at DXP Enterprises, Inc. from May 2019 to October 2020. Lance's career began at John Crane, where extensive experience was gained over a decade, earning accolades such as Salesman of the Year for the West-South District in FY2017 and achieving the highest percentage of annual growth in both FY2015 and FY2017. Earlier in the career path, technical expertise was developed as an aircraft mechanic and pilot, further supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Technology Management from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
