Bart Steenbergen

Bart Steenbergen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and securitization. Currently serving as SVP Capital Solutions and Head of Capital Markets at Setpoint.io since February 2023, Bart has previously held significant roles, including Head of Debt Capital Markets at Amherst Holdings, where management encompassed a $10BN single-family rental portfolio and the issuance of over $6BN in securitizations. Bart’s career includes leadership positions at BMO Capital Markets, where responsibilities spanned managing a $15BN balance sheet and expanding the U.S. securitization platform, and a role at ABN AMRO in the conduit securitization group. Bart holds a Drs in Econometrics from the University of Groningen and holds several FINRA certifications.
