Danielle Depalma

Danielle DePalma serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Setpoint.io since February 2022, overseeing legal matters and human resources for an emerging investment adviser and a16z-backed technology company. Prior experience includes roles at Sebring Revolution as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, where Danielle managed operations and legal functions for a media and technology startup. Danielle's history also encompasses serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Care Investment Trust, where a legal department was established, and providing legal support at CIT and well-known law firms, including Weil Gotshal & Manges and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Danielle holds a BA in Economics from New York University and a JD in Banking and Corporate Finance from Fordham University School of Law.
