Michael Lam

Michael Lam is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. As Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Setpoint.io since 2022, Michael leverages a strong background that includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at realtor.com and as a member of the Policy Advisory Board at the Joint Center for Housing Studies from 2020 to 2022. Prior to these positions, Michael co-founded Opcity, serving as CFO and Head of Analytics, and was President and Co-Founder of Pendleton International Corp. Michael's career also includes significant roles at Citigroup as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and M&A, and as an Associate Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Wharton School, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
