Stephen French

Stephen French has held several roles in the appraisal and real estate industries since 2003. Stephen began their career as an Operations Manager at Nations Valuations Services in 2003, where they were responsible for overseeing appraisal fulfillment and client-facing teams. In 2007, they moved to Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc. as the Director of Property Management, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales, leasing, and maintenance divisions for 8 residential apartment and condominium communities. In 2009, they returned to Nations Valuations Services as Executive Vice President, where they had direct control over all daily operations, finance, vendor management, quality control, compliance, and production management departments. In 2017, they joined AppraiserVendor as Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CEO and Board Member for SettlementOne and SettlementOne Valuations.

Stephen French obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration - Organizational Development from San Diego State University between 1998 and 2002.
