Divorce is expensive. Cost shouldn't decide the outcome.

Settlemint is the only non-recourse funding platform in the U.S. built for one thing: divorce and family law. We fund attorney fees, expert costs, and case expenses while a client's matter is pending, keeping clients represented through one of life's most difficult moments, and attorneys paid on time and focused on outcomes.

Family law has a structural liquidity gap: attorneys can't take divorce matters on contingency and traditional loan and debt products weren't built for the realities of divorce. So liquidity, not the law, can end up deciding the outcome. We exist to change that.

We underwrite the case, the marital estate, and client needs, not credit scores or employment history. Funds flow directly to the attorney's trust account, and they're able to bill as their work is done. Attorneys stay attorneys. Clients stay clients. Settlemint never interferes with strategy. We simply fund the work and level the playing field.

Our mission is simple: strong cases decided on the merits, not on who can keep paying. Now they can be.
