Nikola Plakalovic

Nikola Plakalovic is a marketing and sales professional with extensive experience across various roles in marketing, design, and logistics. Currently serving as Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator and Business Development Lead for JAPAC & EMEA at SettleMint, Nikola focuses on aligning marketing and sales strategies and optimizing CRM performance. Previous experience includes working as a Creative Set Designer at Another Pint Productions, where skills in aesthetics and branding were developed, and leading research initiatives for the UpSkillers Program at RMIT University to enhance international student experiences. Additional roles in logistics, sales demonstration, and painting contributed to a strong foundation in detail orientation, consumer behavior understanding, and operational efficiency. Nikola holds a Master of International Business and a Bachelor of Business (International Business) from RMIT University.
