Martyn Jones

Martyn Jones is the Executive Director for Development & Regeneration at SettleParadigm, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Martyn served as the Executive Director for Development & Sales at Paradigm Housing Group from 2018 to 2025, where they led efforts to build affordable homes in collaboration with local authorities. Martyn began their career as an Associate at GVA Grimley from 1998 to 2006 and later worked as a Director at Deloitte Real Estate from 2007 to 2015. They also held a leadership position at CityWest Homes, overseeing a significant capital investment programme. Martyn holds a degree from the University of Reading, attended from 1995 to 1999.
