Allen Smith is the Chairman of the Board of SettlePou and head of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, and they oversee a cattle operation that has been a family business for more than 70 years. They have been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1992. They have been the owner of SettlePou since 1993 and serve as Association Counsel at OAAA since 2023. They studied at South Texas College of Law from 1981 to 1983.
