Don Gwin is an experienced attorney and shareholder at SettlePou, where since 1986, Gwin has served as Chair of the Commercial Lending Section and leads the SBA & USDA Lending team, representing bank and non-bank lenders in documenting and closing various commercial loans. Prior to joining SettlePou, Gwin was the District Counsel for the US Small Business Administration in the Dallas/Fort Worth District Office from 1974 to 1986. Gwin holds both a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oklahoma.
