Madhuri ..

Madhuri has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 with NovoJuris Legal, where they held the position of Legal Associate. In 2012, they moved to CorLit Legal, taking on the role of Principal Consultant (PE & VC Practice). In 2014, Madhuri joined Indian Institute of Management Bangalore as an Assistant Manager Legal and Legal Consultant (commercial). In 2018, they began working at UiPath as a Legal Counsel - India, Associate Legal Counsel (Corporate), and Corporate Legal Specialist. In 2020, they joined Yellow Messenger as Senior Manager - Legal. In 2021, Madhuri was an Independent Legal Consultant before taking on the role of General Counsel at Reem Re Limited. Currently, they are a Senior Legal Counsel at Setu.

Madhuri obtained their Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Bangalore Institute Of Legal Studies between 2006 and 2011. Madhuri then went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Laws from Karnataka State Open University in 2011. In 2020, they began a Master of Business Laws program at National Law School of India University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Madhuri has obtained several certifications, including Nonprofit Fundraising Essentials from Acumen Academy in April 2022, Masterclass for Directors from Institute of Directors, India in February 2022, Online Proficiency Self Assessment Test For Independent Director's Databank from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in January 2022, and All India Bar Exam from Bar Council of India in 2011.
