Justen Johnson

Justen Johnson is a Deputy Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing operational excellence within the Maritime Division Contracts. They have a strong background in project management, having successfully managed multiple DoD contracts and led various large-scale security system installations. Previously, Justen served as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where they demonstrated effective communication and team leadership while ensuring project completion ahead of deadlines and under budget. Justen's experience includes implementing quality assurance systems and standard operating procedures, driving operational efficiency, and supporting high-level security installations for clients including the U.S. Navy. They hold a diploma from Steel Canyon High School.
