Lisa Anderson

Lisa Anderson is the current Chief Human Resource Officer at Sev1Tech. Prior to their current position, Lisa served as the HR Director at Leidos from October 2018 to February 2020. In their role as HR Director, Lisa was responsible for contributing to the overall HR strategic plan from a Business Unit perspective and overseeing the succession planning and overall talent review process at the division and group level. Additionally, Lisa was responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring fair, equitable, objective, and consistent treatment of employees.

Lisa Anderson has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from James Madison University. Lisa is also certified by the John Maxwell Team as a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, and by iPEC Coaching as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
