Edgar Cahn, the father of timebanking was the Chairman of our Board of Directors for the first two years. We are continuing to evolve Timebanks.org’s legacy of pioneering and scaling the exchange of services and time credits between volunteers. We have also embraced the Asset Based Community Development principles, where communities list out and share resources. "We have what we need if we share what we have," is our mantra. Anitha Beberg is our founder and CEO. We aspire to create positive social impact by equipping communities and nonprofit organizations with applications to make the most of local talents and raise themselves up.
