Frank Otten

Frank Otten has been working at Sevagram since 2003, where they have extensive experience in leading the Care division, focusing on integrated care for diverse groups and achieving strategic goals. Currently serving as the Directeur Heerlen Zuid en behandelzorg, Frank is also a member of the management team and program manager for the Quality of Care & Work program. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master's in Personal Leadership in Innovation and Change from Zuyd University and an MBA from Long Island University. They have previously held positions at Meandergroep Zuid-Limburg and the Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA).
