Carolyn Pendergast

Carolyn Pendergast is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in the recruitment field spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions since August 2021, Carolyn oversees talent acquisition across various sectors including construction, program management, and real estate. Previously, Carolyn held the same title at CJ Logistics America from August 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing corporate recruitment and mentoring a team of recruiters. Earlier roles involved significant contributions as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Empire Today and as a Recruitment Search Consultant at CompHealth. Carolyn began a career in recruitment as an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing from Marquette University.
