Rodney's background includes significant leadership positions at Lendlease, Tri-C Construction Company, and BP Amoco, managing multimillion-dollar projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Rodney holds a Master's degree in Education from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
