Tim Siefker has extensive experience in operations and project management within the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President Operations - Construction at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions since June 2023. Previously, Tim held significant leadership roles including Executive Vice President at ImageOne Industries, Inc., and Project Executive at both Sevan Multi-Site Solutions and Lendlease, where Tim led the KFC American Showman Acceleration Program, overseeing the remodeling of numerous franchise locations. Earlier career highlights include Director of Design & Innovation at Mainstreet, Managing Partner at TDS Consulting LLC, and various project development and management roles. Tim is also a former School Board Member for Westfield Washington Schools and holds Bachelor degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design from Ball State University.
