John Middlemist

John Middlemist is an accomplished PMO Director with extensive experience in leading large-scale system transformations in the banking and defense sectors. Currently at Seven Consulting since April 2021, John oversees the PMO for the ASX CHESS Replacement project and previously directed the ASX ClearStar Program. Prior to this, John held the position of Head of Planning & Execution/PMO for Nordea's Core Banking Transformation Program, focusing on implementing a new Core Banking Platform across four Nordic countries. With a strong background in management roles at various prominent organizations, including Electronic Data Systems and Robbins-Gioia, John has consistently driven successful project outcomes through strategic planning and execution. Educationally, John holds an HNC/ONC in Engineering from Teesside University.
