Temre Green, PhD, currently serves as the General Manager of Change Management at Seven Consulting, focusing on building and scaling the Change Management Practice. Prior to this role, Temre was the Head of Consulting for Australia & New Zealand at Human Performance Technology by DTS, leading various change management initiatives. Temre's experience includes serving as Head of Growth at Facilitators Heaven, where customer experience strategies were developed, and holding pivotal roles at Westpac as Change Director for Business Bank Transformation and Senior Change Manager for Payments Transformation. Additional experience includes work as a Senior Consultant at Capital Insight and as an HR, OD, and Change Management Consultant at Boutique Consulting. Temre holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, along with multiple degrees and certificates in leadership and business transformation.
