Ben Wise

Ben Wise is a seasoned Production Director with extensive experience in fabrication and operations management. They began their career as a Fabrication Supervisor at JSSL Steelworks before progressing to various managerial roles at Severfield plc, where they served as Production Operations Manager Fabrication and later as Factory Manager. In 2025, Ben assumed the role of Production Director at Severfield. They hold a degree in Advanced Fabrication and Welding from York College, which they completed in 2010.
