Daniel Aley is currently the Associate Pre-Construction Director at Severfield, having transitioned from the role of Estimating Manager. Previously, they served as General Manager of Estimating & Proposals at JSW Severfield Structures Ltd, where they played a key role in establishing a joint venture in India, overseeing recruitment, training, and project negotiations. Their career in estimating began at Severfield (Fisher Engineering) as a Senior Estimator. Daniel is pursuing an HND in Mechanical and Production Engineering and an HNC in the same field at Epping Forest College and Harlow College, respectively.
