Simon Evans is a highly experienced commercial manager with a strong background in quantity surveying, currently managing a team of quantity surveyors at Severfield since June 2016. With a successful track record as a senior quantity surveyor overseeing projects valued over £70M, Simon is skilled in client interactions, financial negotiations, and subcontractor management, having handled packages up to £5M.
