Severin Group is an interior design and FF&E procurement firm that drives measurable asset performance for institutional multifamily owners, developers, and operators. Founded in 2017 by a 30-year industry veteran, we've partnered with the industry's most respected names — Bell Partners, Greystar, Shorenstein, GID, Waterton, and more — delivering over $1 billion in combined new development and capital renovation projects, including $400M+ in new development and $650M+ in renovation CAPEX.

What makes us different: we think like owners because we are owners. Every design decision is filtered through the lens of investment performance — rent premiums, lease-up velocity, retention rates, and NOI impact. We don't just create beautiful spaces; we create spaces that perform. As your single point of contact, we manage the full design scope and subcontract architecture, MEP, structural, and specialty consultants under our contract — streamlining communication and accountability. Our services span the full lifecycle of a multifamily asset: • Interior Design & FF&E Procurement • Acquisition Repositioning & Due Diligence • CAPEX Budgeting & Value Engineering • Renovation Phasing & Construction Coordination • Operations Programming & Finish Specifications • Brand Identity & Amenity Strategy

We serve four audiences with equal expertise: → Ownership & Asset Management teams seeking design that drives financial outcomes → Construction Services divisions needing a design partner with constructable specs and fast RFI turnaround → Operations teams wanting durable, maintenance-friendly design built for the 7-year hold → Acquisitions teams requiring accurate design due diligence during underwriting Project types: Multifamily renovation, new development, senior living, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial office, and retail. National firm. Hands-on principals. Design intelligence for multifamily performance.
