Suzanne Kloeg

Suzanne Kloeg is an interim HR manager and organizational psychologist with a proactive approach and a strong results orientation. They have held various HR leadership roles in organizations such as Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds, Dorel Juvenile, and Danone, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. Currently, Suzanne owns Kloeg HRM while also serving as HR Project Manager at Severinus. They hold a Master’s degree from Radboud University Nijmegen and have a diverse background in HR across multiple industries.
