Anton Bannov

Anton Bannov has extensive experience in operations optimization and expert network development. Since April 2011, Anton has held the position of Head of Expert Network Development in the Innovations Department at Severstal, overseeing knowledge sharing and operational practices. Prior roles at Severstal include Senior Manager focused on production process optimization and Head of Project Office managing continuous improvement programs. Previously, Anton worked as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where contributions included enhancing operational performance in the upstream oil sector and optimizing costs. Early career experience includes leadership roles at Home Credit and Finance Bank and KPMG as a Senior Auditor specializing in IFRS audits. Anton holds a Master's degree in Economics from Higher School of Economics.
