Evgenia Romanova

Evgenia Romanova is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits (C&B) and human resource management, currently serving as the Product Lead at Severstal since August 2017. In this role, Evgenia focuses on developing and implementing the 'Rewards, Benefits, and Analytics' product program, leading teams to achieve key business objectives while formulating a 1-3 year strategy with an emphasis on redesigning and optimizing HR processes. Prior to this position, Evgenia held senior managerial roles at Metro CASH AND CARRY DUSSELDORF and Cordiant JSC, where responsibilities included managing C&B projects and ensuring the effective execution of C&B processes. Evgenia holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Higher School of Economics.
