ILya P. has extensive experience in innovation and partnerships within various industries, currently serving as the Partnerships Director at Solar Institute (imssolar.uz) since December 2024 and holding the position of Head of Innovation and Head of Hydrogen and Innovative Decarbonisation at a heavy industry conglomerate since January 2021. As Managing Director and Vice President of Investments at Severstal Ventures since July 2019, ILya focuses on corporate venture capital in material technologies and renewable energy. ILya is also a co-founder of OpenCoach and Managing Partner at Stanislavsky Ventures. Prior roles include Venture Partner at Bright Capital (2011-2016) and Investment Manager at RUSNANO (2009-2011).
