Emma Coquant

Emma Coquant has a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving in a role focused on talent acquisition and HR projects at SEVETYS since January 2025. Prior to this, Emma worked as an HrX Specialist at NOVENCIA Group from September 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included recruiting tech profiles, managing the recruitment process from screening to onboarding. Other roles include positions at Orange, where Emma focused on security job functions, and ALTAVIA, where involvement included assisting in communication and advertising projects. Emma's early experience includes roles in talent acquisition and customer service, with internships that provided foundational skills in recruitment and project management. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Social Sciences from IAE Lille.
