Trong Tran

Trong Tran has over 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Trong started their career as a Data Services Engineer at MCI Telecommunications in 1994. After that, they worked as a Sr. Applications Engineer at Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies for three years. In 1999, they joined Lucent Technologies as a Sr. Sales Engineer. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Tekelec as a Sr. System Test Engineer. Trong then served as the Director of Engineering at Texas TCS for a brief period in 2007. In 2008, they joined Cisco Systems as a Sr. System Test Engineer and worked there until 2011. At Cisco Systems, they gained experience in mobile backhaul support. From 2011 to present, Trong has been working at Sevis Systems, initially as a Sr. Mobile Backhaul Support Engineer and later as a Customer Care and Test Manager.

Trong Tran received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, and Statistics from Stony Brook University. Trong completed their studies at the institution from 1988 to 1993.
