Sevoria is a Guernsey-based provider of bespoke fund and corporate administration services, built by founders who spent years inside a Guernsey investment management and corporate finance group. That experience means we understand exactly what managers and boards need from an administrator, and we've structured our model around it.

Our director-led approach ensures the same senior team oversees every stage of your fund and corporate lifecycle, so your governance, compliance and administration operate as a unified system. We pair this hands-on expertise with smart technology and commercially focused, practical thinking to deliver robust governance and operational efficiency without unnecessary complexity.

Launched in January 2026, we have quickly scaled to approximately £100m of assets under administration, acting for closed-ended investment funds, holding companies, joint venture structures and SPVs across alternative asset classes.

Our core service lines cover fund administration, corporate services, transaction and change support, and TISE listing sponsorship - where we are an approved Category 1 and 2 listing member of The International Stock Exchange.

Having previously launched Guernsey funds and investment structures ourselves, we understand the practical challenges faced by managers. This makes us particularly well placed to support first-time managers, spin-outs and growing teams establishing their first Guernsey structures.

We prefer to begin with a direct conversation rather than a standardised proposal. If you are launching a fund, setting up a structure, considering a migration or preparing for a TISE listing, we welcome an initial discussion.
