Geoff Smith is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the development industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Sevoy Developments since June 2023, Geoff has previously held significant roles including Project Director at Menkes Developments Ltd. and Tucker HiRise Construction Inc., as well as Director of Construction at MOD Developments. Geoff's career began at Monarch Corporation as Project Manager in the Highrise Division and included an early role as Project Coordinator at Shiu Pong Developments. Geoff holds a degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management from George Brown College, where an Award of Excellence was received.
