Michael Shmulevitch

Michael Shmulevitch is a seasoned professional in development and urban planning, currently serving as the Director of Development at Sevoy Developments since 2024. Previously, Michael held the role of Development Manager at Starlight Investments from 2021 to December 2024, and served as Development Planner at Altree Developments from 2019 to 2021. Michael's career also includes significant positions at Onni Group of Companies as Development Manager and Development Coordinator (2016-2019), and at Altus Group as an Analyst in 2016. An internship at the International Cooperation Office of the China Land Surveying and Planning Institute further enriched Michael's experience in the field. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University, an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation from UBC Sauder School of Business, and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
