Emmanuel André

Emmanuel André is currently the European Network Manager at SEWAN GROUPE, where they define the strategy and organization of European operations. They also serve as the Responsable Infrastructures at SPIE ICS, leading a team focused on technical infrastructure and project management, including a comprehensive backbone overhaul. With a rich background in networking and systems management, Emmanuel began their career in 1994 and has held various technical roles, including Expert systèmes & réseaux at HIGHCO and Architecte réseaux et sécurité at VeePee. They are pursuing a certification at HS2, further enhancing their skills since obtaining previous education at notable institutions such as Ecole du Louvre and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
