Patrick Aubert

Patrick Aubert has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Patrick is currently the Head of HR Group at SEWAN GROUPE since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at NSA - Filiale du Groupe OTIS from January 2020 to April 2021. From January 2016 to January 2020, they served as the HR Manager at Hub One, and also held the position of Group HR Relations Manager at the same company from January 2013 to December 2015. Before that, they were the HR Manager at Relais Colis from April 2012 to January 2013. Patrick gained experience as a HR Generalist at Groupe CAT from December 2010 to October 2011. Additionally, they took a year off for travel from October 2009 to October 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Training at Geodis from September 2007 to September 2009, and as a Recruitment Officer at Acadomia from September 2006 to September 2007. Patrick started their career as a Manager of a 15-person team at flunch in September 2005.

Patrick Aubert completed their Master 2 degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from ESCG-Paris 8 between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence de Management from IUT de Tours in 2006. In the future, they plan to pursue a certification in DISC (Outil d'analyse comportementale) from Train Up starting in 2023.
