Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is an experienced professional in sales, counseling, and leadership, currently serving as a Sales Associate and Product Specialist at Sewell Automotive Companies since June 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa spent eight years with the National Cheerleaders Association, first as Southwest Staffing Director and previously as Head Instructor, overseeing staffing and operations for numerous camps and competitions while promoting an inclusive culture. With a background in education and student development, Melissa worked as an Undergraduate Career Counselor at Georgia State University, guiding college students in their career pursuits, and as a School Counselor at Social Circle High School, providing academic and personal guidance to a large student body. Melissa holds a Master of Education in School Counseling and a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University.
